New Q User - Copy/Paste and Saving an Email ?

Please bear with me, I am a new Q owner. I have had multiple BlackBerry's, and can't seem to figure out on the Q how to copy/cut/paste things on the Q, and also how to save a specific email on the Q itself (e.g. registration code) so I can later retrieve it if need be.

Note that the Vito Cut&Paste app does not work on Q's that have been updated to MOL2.

Anything on the saving of an email directly on your handheld for later retrieval?

Hmmm - Vito Copy&Paste works great on my MOL@ updated device.
