in your instructions as I begin in the email list with no email selected or opened, I followed your details:

[yes] Menu (Right Soft)
[yes] Folders (to get a view of your folders (sent box, Inbox, drafts, etc))
[yes] Highlight the folder (normally Inbox)
[yes] Menu (Right Soft)
[error] Delete All

For me, all that is avail at that point (instead of Delete All) is
"show all folders or manage all floders" (and manage all folders does nothing for me).

I am using a sprint Q, had it for 30 days.
What do you mean by "MOL2 update", and do I need to do an update?

As I don't have a Sprint Q, I can't vouch for this. But based on the problems some people are having with the Sprint Q, it is possible they're phones started off using an older version of the firmware, so it might not have the latest WM5 features installed.
