I always ask when I go in but it's always a no go. Maybe it's time for me to just call Sprint directly and see what they say instead of going to the service center.

Yea, maybe I'll give them a call tommorow. They're just always so unhelpful when I call that I have no desire to call them anymore.


My first Q directly out of the box would not charge. I called and was on the phone with them for a solid 2 hours explaining to them that if I go to the service center I will end up with a refurb and not a new Q. Figuring that it was defective out of the box I figured they should send me a NEW replacement, but they refused.

thats just not right....
they should have all of this on record...so you should just ask for a supervisor and be like look heres the deal

I wonder if they'll have all the replacements on file at Sprint that I've got from the service center.

im no CSR but i think they would have to look up your account and each time they do they make notes

Ok, so I just got off the phone with Sprint. They have no records of how many I've had but she took my word for it and said she was putting a note on my account indicating how many I've had and that if my NEXT phone doesn't work properly they'll try and get me a new phone.
