  |  you could try to reset the phone...and if that doesnt work you can always take it back to the store... but if its ringtones and mp3 that you have it could be the quality of the mp3... to reset the phone turn it off...then turn it back on but hold down the center silver button and follow the prompts. this is a hard reset, it will remove any and all data on the phone. before doing this make sure you copy any files off your phone and put them on the computer to put back on after your reset is complete
