need help with master reset

can i do a master reset from my computer while the phone is synced my top left key no longer works so when i get to the warning screen i cant do anything

not via the pc, you can hold the middle silver/chrome button on the D-pad when you turn on the phone, that should bring you to the Master Reset also.

i can get it to come up but the yes button doesnt work on my phone how else can i do it

darn... that was the only other way i know of and never tried it myself so i did not know that is the button to push, did you you try pressing the "y" button ? just a thought and it might not work.

another option, maybe you should call Motorola support (+1 (800) 657-7576) who knows they have a manner we don't know about (if they do, let us know :}
