Question Need Help with Active Syn Problem

I'm going mad.

Installed Active Syn 4.5 today. I attach my phone and right away I'm promted to enter my password, so I do.

I'm then taken to the 'Synchronization Wizard' where it says 'Your Smartphone is already set up to synchronize with another computer (Windows PC)'.

Thing is, this is the only PC I've every sync'd with, Somehow, installing 4.5 caused it to get all confused.

I then tried the 'Delete Mobile Device' option on the File menu in Active Sync, but I receive 'An unhandled win32 exception occured in WCESMgr.exe'.

Is there some kind of profile on the phone itself that I can delete?

If you open up Active Sync on your Q and go to Menu-->Options, you can delete the partnership there. However, doing so will also delete any contacts, calendar events, and to do's that are synced based on this partnership. Maybe you should try uninstalling and reinstalling ActiveSync on your PC again first.
