Default Need Help Asap

Ok so last night i had my phone Sync'd with ActiveSync like normal and i loading a full song on to my phone like i have done several times before. Well as soon as the song was loaded in i pulled out the usb port from my phone and disconnected it. which i think i should have waited a few minutes for it to fully sync after i loaded the song on there. But Now when i turn on my phone all it shows is a white screen with HOME SERVICE and the time at the top right corner, and the wall paper says THE LAYOUT YOU HAVE SELECTED CANNOT BE.......


and it will not let me dial any numbers,press the start key or do anything. the only thing i can do is power it off and on....I have tried to reconnect it to activesync but it would connect, so i downloaded the latest version of activesync and tried connecting and nothing happened. My phone is un-usable at this moment. Can someone Please help me ASAP??????

after talking with a Verizon Tech they told me to Master Reset and that i would "not loose contacts" but i guess i got fooled. not so mad becuase i had just got the phone 2 weeks ago....just wanted to say that i worked out the problem...

they told you you would NOT loose contacts!?
that has to be the worst i have ever heard from these people...a master erases the entire phone....tisk tisk verizon tech support!
