Need Help

so i had my q and one day i woke up and i always keep it on so when i woke up it was off..then i tried turning it on and it just stays on the verizon screen and it doesnt do anything..ive tried everything..like take the battery off putting it on.. charging it,leaving it over night turned on..and it still stays on that veriaon screen..can anyone help me on what i should do? or whats wrong with it??

The same thing happened to me on one of my vzw Q's. They have a very high rate of defect, I must of went through at least 5 of them. Just keep briging em' back to Verizon until U get a good one.
