Need HELP!!

i installed wireless sync yesterday, and now i always have that clientshell file running,how do i get rid of that or just rid of the wireless sync all together cause im not going to be using it...also now that i did that i cant connect to my PC through active sync anyone know please

I haven't used wireless sync, only USB wired, so I can't answer the first part.
For the latter, try going to SETTINGS / CONNECTIONS / USB to PC / DONE
(or perhaps try another USB port)

I'm feeling your pain on WirelessSync. This last revision they did of it seems to have flopped... I wish I had the CAB for the old one somewhere (anyone?).

To re-enable ActiveSync, open up WirelessSync and go to Menu (Right Soft) -> Settings -> ActiveSync (at the bottom)

On the combo-box below ActiveSync Connection, select "Enable".

I am a new Q owner but can usually hold my own when it comes to phones and computers. However, receiving email on my Q has got me really frustrated. Does anyone know if Active Sync or Wireless Sync will allow you to retrieve your email even when my Outlook or computer is off? Also, when I delete an email on my Q it deletes it in Outlook and I don't want it to delete it in Outlook. I called Verizon support line and they had me disconnect Active Sync and now it's messed up more than before. Can someone help me, please!
