New job, phone provided. IT doesn't allow Q access to email, so I need to get rid of the Q...

How much is all this worth:

1 Moto Q : Great Shape. No problems.
1 Best Skins Ever : Installed.
1 Standard Battery and cover
2 Extended Batteries and covers
1 Cradle

What is the street value of this?

$199 with a 2 year contract. Take 20% off or more for being used, and you have your answer.

Someone will pay more for it if they are stuck in a 2 year contract already and can't upgrade. They are worth over $300 to people in that boat... not sure if you can get that for it though or not.

You might get more out of it on eBay... seems like people pay above retail on that goofy site regularly. I found one Q for auction on eBay on the first page of results and it's about to sell for $200. Here's the link:

I'd say with everything you have, $250 - $300 is reasonable... but I think tharmsen is right that eBay might get you the most bang for your buck. But then again... knowing what a crapshoot a new Q entails, having a mildly new WORKING Q might actually be worth like $500 to somebody... save them a headache or two :-)

I'm glad I don't have any problems with my Q. I worry though, over time... if I will start to have problems given some of the horror stories I've read here and elsewhere.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed... because I love this phone!

Good luck with your new job. Thanks for being one of the early members of the EQ community. You could also try Craigslist.org. Cash and carry at your local Starbucks might save you the trouble of eBay.

Thanks for the replies. This site has consistantly provided me with a wealth of information regarding the Q and all things Smatphone.

I am having real doubts about getting rid of the Q...
I have gone from a crackberry addict to a Q-aholic in 2 months...I'm hopeless.

I was pretty upset about giving up the Q just when I had finally gotten it dialed in. I had put off the 611 call for as long as possible.

The wife came up with a great idea....

I am dropping my account with Verizon...BUT then I am adding my phone to her account, keeping the data package, the same #, and the Q!
