 |  My Q and Hotmail- I am having trouble with the motorola q and the hotmail function. Whenever I try to send/ receive, I am getting a message saying the following- "Downloading a message failed. If you are reading it, please close the message and try again." Can someone help me fix this so I can use my hotmail on my quick links on my mail button for my phone? Thank you |

| If you are using PocketMSN then just sign out by going into Menu-then switch user and then log back in. |
