Need Help My 3rd Q!

Within one year, I've gone through THREE Motorola Q's. And I have another year left before I can get a new phone. This is frustrating.

The software just keeps messin' up. The only third party applications I use is TCPMP and Opera Mini. Anyone else havin' any problems or have been through as many as I have?

I have # 4 on backorder. Majority of my issues are carrier ones. They just want to swap devices instead of fix their network.

1st one I didn't know about txt eating up the memory and cause it to reboot constantly.

2nd was fine, Sprints network screwed up and I struggeled to have internets.

Current one still has some connection issues, but doesn't want to charge correctly/completely..and the keybaord sucks.

I went to the Q9c after having 3 Moguls in 3 months due to them always becoming paperweights due to bad programming (the 'update' kept crashing it). Was offered a Touch, but, no didn't want another HTC product. I miss my 6700 - had it replaced 4 times only for physical damage (dropsy syndrome ) by TEP; it never failed.

The Q9c has been great, except for a poor camera. Just do frequent maintenance and cleaning.

ps - typing this on it's great keyboard using opera 4.1 with a backgammon game running & waiting for me and listening to some music thru the dual speakers.

Freezing before it finishes loading. Won't turn back on. Random reboots. Mainly freezing

I'm on my 7th one.

Mine used to do the same, until I did the Motorola Software Update, reprogrammed my phone through Verizon, and no restarting problems since.

I wish I would have done that before resorting to getting 6 replacements.

I love the Q, hence the commitment. lol

I've had three Q's myself. Lost one to a thief, one to a car accident and now im on the third. Third times a charm right? (No more insurance on the phone for a year from the last replacement, its a charm right? )
