MTS Mobility Monster File

Just curious if anyone would have access to a monster file for the Q for MTS Mobility? Thanks!

It's a file that can restore Your phone back to the original MTS firmware and/or original default phone settings.

Wouldn't a Master Reset (it looks like you have the original Q) do that?

Nope, because I have flashed a different firmware onto it..so it overwrites all original settings to the whichever carrier's firmware You flash to!

I'm with MTS also. I think MTS will do it for you if I recall. They know people mod their phones and with how competitive the market is, they want to keep you as a customer. So I highly doubt they'd give you any flack over this.

MTS has even activated a Verison phone for me, I know some phone companies refuse to activate other company phones, then again I had unlocked the phone my self.

But yeah I doubt MTS would have a problem doing it for you, but then again each store that sells MTS cell phones aren't owned by MTS Allstream. MTS Connect stores are a franchise. The store I got mine from is owned by Elite Communications, a couple others are owned by Advance Electronics. Sure they all wear MTS Shirts, but Advance, or Elite, or who ever owns the connect store is the one paying their checks.

I'm not sure if that will really effect the decision to re-flash your rom, but it's something to keep in mind. If one connect store won't let you, try another (If you don't live in Rural Manitoba, hehe)

I'd go directly to an MTS store. I took a brief look on Google and didn't come up with anything useful by the way. In any event, I still say they'll do it for you.
