Default Motorola Q volume adjustments

How do you adjust the volume? I can't seem to raise the volume for the alarms.

Holding the scroll wheel in will select the Main Volume. You'll be able to adjust the main volume up, while not affecting the comparitive volumes on the rest of the Q.
