This phone is GARBAGE! I hate it so much, it locks up, it doesnt turn on, it doesnt charge.. i have not doenloaded any 3rd party apps or anything other than the Nes. emulater... this phone is pissing me off! no one seems to be responding to my posts.. I have tried a master reset, didnt work.. Im So Upset!

How unfortunate...my phone works fantastically and I love it. Too bad we don't share the same experience.

im ready to smash this piece.. i cant stand it! it worked fine for the first 2 months.. not its just gone done the toilet.

seriously that is unfortunate. i have had mine for 6 months and it still running amazingly. maybe you just got one in a bad batch or some shit. anyways contact motorola see if you can't get it repaired or a new one sent to you. it's under a pretty long warranty isn't it?

yeah man i am loving this phone i have a lot of 3rd prty apps and everythibg is great no lock ups... cntact your carrier and persuade them to send u a new one.... it is far worth its

It sucks that you got a crappy unit. I've been using and abusing my Q for quite a while now, and I have had very few problems.

It does seem that quite a few people end up with a bad Q, which might be part of the reason that Moto's proffits are in the toilet, inspite of them having some of the most popular phones *shrugs*

I would deffinantly take the advice of everyone else and contact the carrier to get a new one. I hope that having a phone that works will make you see how great the Q really is. I don't think I'd give mine up for anything, except a newer model Q.

Um did you get it new? Reason I ask is because my sis in law got a phone, and realized later that it was one that was returned (it still had all previous owner's contacts on it). Thats why I avoid authorized dealers.
