My HS850 had delays too. My cheapy H475 works great. You didn't say what Q but early firmwares had issues. Upgrade firmware if you can.

Just upgraded recently to the latest firmware. I have a Sprint Q.

I use the Jabra JX10. I have used this for over a year and I have not had any problems. I know of others who use the same bluetooth and they live by this headset.

I've tried the HS850, a Bluespoon AX2, and a new Jawbone with the same problem on all three. I also have had the latest firmware installed. It is a little maddening having all these problems.

I have the same problem.... I will use voice command to make a call from my headset, and it rings through on my Q. Damn thing drives me nuts, I thought it was my bluetooth but I guess not. I honestly don't think I'll have another smart phone or PDA. I would like the simplicity of just a good ole flip phone again.
