More charging issues

I've searched and searched through these forums and other Moto Q forums and have yet to find an answer. So I'm going to revisit the issue.

I'm having issues with charging the battery. During the day I will get the dreaded (!) sign and the error message telling me the battery is very low on power and please recharge. I take the phone home and plug in the charger. I see the charging symbol in the upper right hand corner. I go to sleep leaving the phone charging all night, wake up in the morning and unplug the charger... and guess what I see next, the dreaded (!) sign and an error message telling me the phone is very low on power?

I recently was having the same problem with my Q even after trying to charge it on 4 different chargers. I ended up taking it to my provider and they warranty replaced it. No one could tell me if it was a battery or software issue but Motorola did accept it as a factory defect and I was not charged.
