Friends send me pictures and I get a error message stating it will not download.
How do I receive pictures?

BTW I am on Verizon

i have gotten that message a few times...
either i will kill all apps in the task manager and try again and if that doesnt work usually a reboot will let me do it...

You can try resetting your wireless connection. (Hold HOME, Wireless Manager, disable/enable radio)

This should reset the data connection.

Well I did all the shut down & reboot then reset phone connection.
I am getting a message :
Could not receive all messages

Insure correct log in information.

What's with that?

I don't know if Verizon does this, but Alltel disables MMS on the Q for some reason that only God knows. I just use email to send/receive pics.

verizon is the only carrier that allows MMS on the Q

I called Verizon today and they fixed me up. Seems they had to turn on a feature in my plan. Now I get pictures perfectly (got a whole lot at once).
