Messages saying I have 1 in the draft folder, but theres not one in there......

What can I do to get rid of it showing 1 in the folder w/o a hard reset?

Have you tried going into the "Folders" view and hitting "Clear Text Messages" under menu?

I'm assuming you've tried actually saving a draft in there and seeing if the total number of messages goes up to 2 and then deleting the real draft message to see if that resets the count? I've been looking for a cab that resets the count. I'm not sure if it's in the registry or if there's a hidden file somewhere in your folder... Let me take another look this weekend and I'll see if I can find anything. Sorry I couldn't be more help at the moment.

Hey not a problem!!!!! I hadn't tried that so I just did, but to no avail. Yes it did change the count, but it still wouldn't clear it out. :/ oh well. Thanks for your help!!!

That link is for ppc version so I'm not sure if it'll run on smartphones/standard devices like the Q. However it has been known to work - I've used it twice myself on my previous device. I know that originally it was supposed to reset the 1 unread message in the inbox so I don't know if it'll reset all the counts or just the inbox or if it'll impact the drafts folder as well... Good luck. Admittedly this is a bit of a blind stab in the dark.
