 |  Master Reset? HELP! You guessed it someone reset my Q! I had it plugged in at my desk and someone trying to be smart hit the master reset! Can I retrieve the information that was stored on the phone? I did not have the contact list saved anyplace else! Sitting here lost! Rod |

| If you did a "Wireless Sync" before the problem with the master reset happens, you are safe!!! because you can do the wireless sync again and you will get all your contancts back, with no problems. And for next put a Backup software in the Moto Q, I will give you a link to a software "SunnySoft Manager BackUp v 1.10" It's free!!! I try it and it works great in my phone. http://php.tech.sina.com.cn/download...down_id=102128 It's is from a chinese website. they provides a lot of free software.
