| Low Internal Memory Let me tell you about my experience. The Moto Q Silver has 52.52 megs of internal memory (Device Storage), and mine was completely used up. I had zero memory available- yet no photos, videos, and one program loaded (Facade, at .2 megs). Yes, I had cleared my IE Temporary Files folder (which can get as large as 15 megs if you surf alot). I called Alltel, my provider, and they said "You may have too many Contacts, and too many Calendar items loaded [from Outlook 2003 using the ActiveSync utility]". I do have >1,600 Contacts, as I use the phone for business. They recommended a Master Reset. Resetting is a hassle, so I searched again for any files or programs to delete from the phone using the ActiveSync Explore function [while the phone was connected to my PC] and found none. So, I did the reset, reloaded the Outlook Contacts and Calendar, and the Facade program- just as it had been before. I now have 42.35 megs free. So what was using up those 42 megs of internal memory? Who knows. Something's going on here, and I'd like to know what it is, since no one seems to know much about this phone- the user manual is no help, the phone company is little help and Motorola is impossible to contact, of course. In any event, I solved the problem, and this info may help you with your "disappearing internal memory" problem. mikef8@gmail.com
