lost access to mobile ie & wireless sync

I'm a dork. I've had my Black MotoQ for almost a year now and love it (Verizon). I think in trying to move things around to my storage card, did something and now can not access IE and my email is not being uploaded. I use Verizon's Wireless Sync for that. I checked on line and my mail is there, but want it on my phone!

When I try to access IE, it tells me the address is incorrect even when I type it in and was getting the same message when I tried to click on a link from an email.

I can't find Mobile IE on line to download it again or can find the info on Verizon to download the sync software again (I can't find the cd I got with the phone).

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
