 |  Live Search - Help? So I got my q a couple months ago and life was good. I downloaded a couple programs and a few favorites set up in explorer. Then a couple of days ago I was locked out of almost all of my "settings" folder items. I saved my contacts and called Verizon and performed a hard reset. I was able to get my contacts back and life was good again till i went to explorer. It somehow changed on me. I now have this "live search". I think everything runs through microsoft now. I used to have google saved as a favorite. now if I search in google it sends me to MSN home page. If I search in yahoo, i'm sent to MSN. I dont want Live Search. how can i disable/get rid of this.  | you mean live search the programs? you can remove it by going to start settings more remove programs

| I'm not sure what that was all about. It was Microsoft Live Search. all the addresses in the History were mobrender.com... or m.live.com... I finally got around it by going to the address bar and entered www.google.com. It was probably something I did...but at least it's not anymore. Thanks  |
