Listening via bluetooth in the car?

I just picked up a black Q today. I am amazed at being able to go online and listen to different internet radio stations. I like listening to a particular talk station, but was wondering if there is anyway to make the audio go through my bluetooth in my Acura? My Acura's blue tooth is not stereo, but since it is talk I don't care. The problem lies in the fact that the Q is not making a phone call when listening to online audio or mp3's. Normally if I am on a call and I want to transfer the call to the bluetooth in the car I would just say "transfer" and the car swtiches the sound over to the stereo. But if I do that when the Q is doing internet radio, the Acura says "No calls in progress." Also tonight when I went to test this the sound from the Q went dead when I started my car. The car recognized the Q, but was not attempting to transfer or anything like that (in fact the car radio was on). When I turned off the car the sound came back on the Q. Anyways any help would be appreciated.
