Default left soft key broke

I need help from the GURU's. Is there any other way to access the start menu else the left soft key?

Thanks for the speedy reply. The left soft button started getting hard to actuate, then last night it just quit working all together. didnt realize how important that key is, i cant accept any changes (done), get to start menu, save appointments, or navigate through Live search.

I was hoping to do a master reset to see if was a software issue but i cant get to that either. Think its time to head to the sprint store, is the Q warrantied for a year?

thats really strange
have you tried a soft reset?? (im sure you have but you never know)

but if your willing to do a master reset (knowing you will loose all data) just turn the phone off and back on and hold the center silver button
this will reset the entire device
