Latest Sprint version?

I recently got a Q from Sprint... when I load up IE and use their "Sprint Powerdeck" shortcut there is a link to check for updates, and clicking on that link says there is some sort of update available.

But, just to be sure can someone confirm that I'm not at the latest version before I try to run an update. I don't want to wipe out all my stuff for nothing.
