 |  Keep email more than a few days I have a Sprint Moto Q that i have connected to Exchange using OWA (Outlook Web Access) - accessing exchange through mail.servername.com/exchange. The device only keeps the email for a few days at the most. How can i change this setting? |

| settings on my computer or my phone? When i went into my phone there are no settings i can change to make that happen, and i don't have anything on my computer because i am having it sync directly with exchange - not going through my computer. Where should I look? Thanks again for your help. |

| The setting is in activesync, on your desktop. Connect the phone, expand the detailed window below, right click on email, and choose settings, adjust as needed.

| Not sure with exchange but with pop on the Q one has the option to download 1 day, 3 days, etc to download all. You must select ALL to keep emails on your Q. Another way I believe works is to move emails you want saved to the draft folder if you do not have such settings for exchange either on the Q or pc via active sync. HTH |
