my Q battery completely died over night, I forgot to charge it overnight. When i woke up. i charged it, and when i went to turn it on the Verizon Wireless screen appears and thats it..it jsut stays there???HELP

ive also tried to take out the battery and let it sit for about 10min..then start it back up.....and nothing? just still wants to freeze on the Verizon screen??

you might have to master reset your Q.... hold the center silver key and power up button when off until your prompted then hit yes

the master reset will not show up????i held it in for about 5 minutes...and the battery is charged...its just still stuck on the verizon screen

Turn off the phone first. Hold in the center silver key (with phone still off). While holding silver button down, turn on phone. You should get the message to Master reset...
