Yes there is. I have Gmail Mobile and Google Maps running on my Q.

Check out this discussion on qusers.com:http://www.qusers.com/forum/viewtopi...highlight=java

Helped me get mine going.

Once you get it going, if the fonts look funky, read this:http://www.qusers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6539

Is this version of Google maps running thru Google mobile any different than the Google maps packaged in the Maps4Pda application?

Has anyone got the gmail app to successfully download? I've tried downloading from IE with my Q and it says: "Error - This file cannot be viewed on the device."

I also downloaded Google Maps via the site and put it on my Q. I tried to install it but it gives me some error within the install area. Any ideas?
I've installed the IBM JVM successfully getting the examples to install.

Is there anyway to set up your gmail account using the email functions of the Q or do you have to use Mobile gmail? After entering all relevent info I get in a never ending loop of logging in when trying to get my emails.

This worked for me as well. Just put the .jad file in my top directory using Explore in Activesync.
