Default Is it possible to have more than one contact list?

I have a dilemma when I sync my Q phone with a bluetooth adapter in my Mercedes. The bluetooth puck in the car will read and transfer to the car's command center only the first 99 entries in the contact list in the Q phone. The problem was caused when I did my first active sync with the Outlook in my office computer and it merged all of the email addresses with the phone numbers that I had originally transferred over to the Q from my old phone when I started service on it last Thursday. Now when I open up the contact list in my car I cannot view all of my stored phone numbers as most of the 99 entries are email address entries instead.

Therefore the question I have is if it is possible to have 2 separate contact lists in the Q phone? One list would just be for phone numbers and the other would be for my Outlook contacts with all of their email information.

Same question. I just merged my email and phone contact lists, the latter being huge. So now I have to do quite a bit of punching in letters just to get at the phone numbers saved from my other phone. It would be nice to filter email and phone numbers. Is that possible?

It would great if you could set up Outlook to list entries with only phone numbers first, and then follow with all of the email entries that have their associated data including phone numbers afterward.

I don't believe you can do it from Pocket Outlook, but you can create new categories in Outlook on your desktop, and assign your contacts to those categories. The category flag will carry over to the contact on the Q when you sync, and you can then filter by the custom category you created.. make sense?

Yikes. 2500 entries. That should take quite awhile.

That makes perfect sense considered that all of my contacts came from Outlook.

Is it easy to set up a category as you have described so that it appears first in the contact list?

Outlook>Contacts>Tools>Organize

You'll figure it out from there.

I have been playing around with the settings in my Outlook for 2 hours now and still have not been able t sort this out properly. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this so that the phone numbers that I want to list ahead of all other entries will appear first?

Yea I set up a category of "phone book" on Outlook on the PC. Problem is when I press the button on the phone it still brings up all the contacts by default and I have to press Menu>Filter>Phone Book to get to the numbers. Still a pain. Need to have some kind of setting that makes it go there first when pressing contacts and you have to then kill the filter to get to the rest of the list.

I don't know how to do that.
