Internet problems

One of my friends deleted some stuff on my Q and now everytime i try to get on the net it says the line is busy or cannot connect. He said he deleted a program on my phone. How can i get it back? or do i just have to master reset my phone and if i do that will it erase all my contacts? Thank you for all your help

yes if u master reset it will erase all of your contacts unless u back them up..... try updating your vision profle by going to settings more more more sprint pcs ( uessing you have sprint ) .... if that doesnt work and you have to backup yor contacts go to file manager and back up pim.vol to your storage card or computer and copy it back after the master reset

I would try updating the Vision Profile first. And yes, most likely the hard reset will fix it.
