Internet Problem!!

I need ya guys opinion. Im not no newby i been trough this website for a couple of months now and to my knowledge theres no post about my problem. The problem is my internet stops working. I got a new q a couple days ago because my first got stuck in bootloader mode. So with my new q the first day i got the internet worked then i did the mol3 update it continued to work. For the next two days the internet didnt work what so ever. I called sprint and they fix it. Then the internet stopped again and i called today and they said something about me messing up some codes again then they fix it and now my internet stop working again. This is getting frustrating.
