Internet Explorer WON'T launch! - Motorola Q Forum

Hey everyone,

well, i've noticed that if i turn off my Q and "reset" it, then launch the IE browser launches and runs great. But if i have had my phone on for a while (and by a while, i mean a day at most) and then try to run IE, it wont connect at all and i get the error message "unable to place call" does anyone know why this is happening? is it a software issue or an update that i need to do? Its more frustrating than anything to have to keep turning the phone on and off. Any and all help would be GREATLY apprteciated. Thanks in advance!

you have to disable sprint pcs vision then exit the open ie again then enable it again

Ok, i'll give that a shot. Where do you get to that menu, cuz i dont find it under the settings menu?? but im still wondering if there is an issue with the conectivity of my phone to the internet, because during the times that IE wont launch, it seems like my phone isnt connecting to the internet to check my email either. I have my gmail set up to check it once an hour, but i never get any "new" emails during the day; but if i get on a pc and log into my gmail, i DO have new emails that have been there all day. So i dont know whats going on with my phone, so if anyone can PLEAS PLEASE help me figure out wht to do, i would really appreciate it.
