If you reestablish the BT ActiveSync connection on the phone it should reconnect pdanet but I've never done it on Vista.

(using vista's BT control program) I set up a partnership between my laptop and my Q. It automatically detected the services on the phone. Then turn BT off on the phone(pdanet requires you to do this to activate DUN through it). Check the option in the pdanet program on the Q. Then go back to vista, click the systray pdanet icon, go to settings and then click "connect through bluetooth DUN"

Seems that I have to enable the bluetooth DUN in pdanet on my phone each time before I use it. But that's easier than connecting through a cable in my opinion.

Hope this helps, if you have any questions post back, I'll watch the thread.

I might have charges for data usage if connected thru BT DUN.
I thought PDAnet lets u connect thru activesyn instead.

You will be charged for data useage no matter what. Either through activesync, or bluetooth. But using the pdanet method i described will still mask that your computer is accessing the internet through your Q.
