Default Inconsistencies w/ Q??

Just want to say Great Site!
I keep my phone on 24/7 and have experienced the battery issue. Took it to Sprint and they gave me a new battery on the spot, but have noticed that my Q seems to be inconsistent, nothing major. For the most part, as a first time smart phone user, I'm overall satisfied...

1) Battery level indicator seems to be inacurate at times. After an all-night charge, I disconnect the oem charger to find only 2 or 3 bars sometimes and I may or may not get the "charging complete" message. Power down and restart seems to reset the indicator. happens frequently.

2) Scroll wheel- when Q is idle, sometimes scrolling the wheel wakes it and sometimes it doesn't

3) various setting changes do not always "stick." I update a setting and find that it defaults back to an earlier setting- example: assigned ringtones.

4) connecting the charger doesn't always give me the "plug/charging" icon, replacing the battery level indicator. If I power down, I do get indication that it in fact IS charging, via the grey-screen battery...

5) I've had a few keys get stuck, or temporarily not work. I thought I lost my "w" but just massaged it a bit (comments or inuendo welcome). I've also locked the keys, hit the "unlock" soft key and * and it wouldn't unlock from time to time.

Over all, it's very user-friendly and I enjoy its functionality. Of course it gets tons of style points. Just some inconsistencies I've noticed in a 3-4 week old unit...

I've replied to your issues to the best of my abilities considering the experiences that I've had with the Q. Hope I'm helpful....

(Leave the phone on 'til it dies then charge until 100%) You shouldn't have that problem anymore.

2) Scroll wheel- when Q is idle, sometimes scrolling the wheel wakes it and sometimes it doesn't The only time my scroll wheel is sometimy is when I have the key lock on. The phone does not want to recognize anything but a key touch to wake it up then.

3) various setting changes do not always "stick." I update a setting and find that it defaults back to an earlier setting- example: assigned ringtones. No suggestions here. Never happened to me.

4) connecting the charger doesn't always give me the "plug/charging" icon, replacing the battery level indicator. If I power down, I do get indication that it in fact IS charging, via the grey-screen battery... When the Q is fully charged, it will not show the plug icon, or it may show it until it cannot charge anymore then jumps to battery power. The good thing about this feature is, we cannot over charge our batteries. Which means our batteries should last longer. When the phone is off, the grey screen with the battery on it will display. The screen will be animated when it is charging and no animation when it is fully charged.

5) I've had a few keys get stuck, or temporarily not work. I thought I lost my "w" but just massaged it a bit (comments or inuendo welcome). I've also locked the keys, hit the "unlock" soft key and * and it wouldn't unlock from time to time. If you have not killed your apps in task manager, sometimes the phone slows down that could result in your lack of or slowed key recognition.
