Default I'm Back I'm Back I'm Back

Hey everyone sorry been gone for so long. Barely remember the last time I was on the site except to give out information to some customers.

Here is what is up....

Finally got a replacement Q from Asurion....only took since Feb 8 til 2 days ago. Downside is that the Moto Q I was sent was defective and I went crazy on the reps I got....now I will have a BRAND NEW warranty model Monday morning.

The other thing I need to share is and OFFICIAL UPDATE ON UNLIMITED DATA.

I make it very clear to everyone on here that I do not represent VZW's opinions or can be held in stone......THIS TIME I AM PASSING ON INFORMATION THAT IS VITAL AND WAS JUST RECEIVED.

The UNLIMITED DATA will officially be monitored and the 5 gig limit enforced. I know that it hasn't been strongly enforced before and we have experimented with it but NOW it will be watched and the T&C strongly followed.

Limit I finally hit with our experiement was 17.8 gigs in 1 bill cycle. I DID end up showing up on the report I had mentioned before, so it MAY be that I helped make them more strict but that was just speculation when I mentioned to my regional rep that i hit that number and she almost flipped. (i guess she uses around 10gigs/year)

So just to let everyone know watch your data log through VZAccess Manager and make sure you are staying AROUND that 5 gig limit. First attempt will still not be instant termination (possible but improbable) and if it is small overages should not be too much of an issue.

Otherwise hit me up with questions again everyone if you got em and I will be seeing you Chris and everyone around here as much as before again.

LONG LIVE THE Q!!!

Sup pyro.. how did you manage to rack up 17.8GB, and why did you mention this to your regional manager?

Just general use. We have the laptop runnning constantly in the kiosk all month long plus use at home and I purposefully let it run all night as well.

My store and managers even knew what I was doing cause we wanted to know for sure about he "5gig limit".

As for the regional managers....they did NOT know...but there is an Excel document that is made every month letting everyone know what the national and regional violations are. It is all businesses except from me from what I know but there are probably a few other people breaking the rule but I'm the only one I know of as of yet.

We'll see what happens from here.

"watch your data log through VZAccess Manager"

Is that online or can we track this from the phone? The #data is never up to date and is unreliable in my experience.
