Idea for a screen covering

I used to have an ipod video. I bought this clear cover for it and it worked great. Had an idea in the verizon store. I bought the thing for 16 dollars cut out a peice with a razor blade and put it on the q. Sticks real nice, pretty bomb proof so far. only thing is you have to be carful to get the bubbles out. Am i the only macgyver out there who has tried this?

Ebay my friend. There's plenty of screen covers out there that you don't need to take a razor blade to.

Did the same thing with some old PPC covers I had. I'd say it is easier than spending 10$ more on ebay.
