OK for the past 5 days i have beeen trying to get my phone to sync with the computer and all i am getting is activesync telling me that its connecting, and it never connects, i have read the troubleshoots with activesync and i have talked to hp support agents, and i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANY MORE..

PLEASEEE PLEASE if anyone knows anything shed some light upon me

Could you elaborate on the problem? Maybe it is something we can resolve, it just needs more information, what were you doing, whats ur computer like etc...

Are you using the USB cable that came with the phone? Other USB -> miniUSB don't cut it.

might be your firewall.

I use several different USB cables w/o any synch problems (I DO have USB Charging problems however)

WELL i have my firewall disabled, and when i plug the phone in my computer recognizes it but in active sync when i connect it, it says connecting but never connects

did you by chance do anything to it to try and fix the battery life? from what I know the method of creating an exchange server account and then deleting it (due to the fact it checks for it every 15 min which rapes your batt life) has left some people unable to use activesync afterward. personally I disabled the exchange server and I can still use activesync just fine...just a thought...
