I really really wanna get rid of pmsnserver.exe it drives me crazy and i think its KILLING my battery, ever since i did the upgrade to the new software it comes up constantly

can someone explain to me EXACTLY what this program does? I know its part of Pocket MSN or whatever but why does it autoload and where is it located? thanks

there is no quick way to get rid of it. you would have to remove all the registry entries associated with it. and there are over 100 of them. mine shows up when i do text messeging sometimes.

figured as much, its gotta be hiding somewhere...how do you use resco registry editor? cuz i cant find it...just the explorer

it comes with explorer. but only with the exe download i think. the cab file does not install it. or atleast it did not use to.
when installing it will promt you asking if you want to install that plugin.

It's used if you have hotmail or msnmail too.
