You can navigate to the folder on the Q when you connect to Active Sync

you could send via bluetooth if the target computer doesn't have activesync installed.

Or IR or WM5torage or via mms and pic it up on vzwpixplace if it is a vzw phone or upload it to an online site and download it with the pc OR hook a camera to the PC and film the playback of the video on the Q. HAHA
