Default how do you master reset
how do you master reset and also what is the file that has my favorites in it for internet explorer?

Run the Master Reset program in the System Tools folder. If you can't do that, turn the Q off, then press and hold the OK d-pad button and the End Call button until the Master Reset screen comes up.

There is no file; they're saved in a folder. See the Save IE Favorites? thread for details.
