 |  How do I put stuff on my Q? I have the programs installed and when I go to my computer I have a Mobile Device icon with a PDA icon on it. I open it up and it has nothing inside. I dont know how to put music/videos/etc on my Q. Please help. |

 | make sure your phone is connected with the USB cable otherwise when you open that icon nothing will show up

| I try to connect with the USB cable and using the Sync program, but when I go through the wizard, it says Searching COM Port 1, and 3, and both are available, but it goes to a screen that says "Device not found". The stupid ass program isnt reading my Q this is BS. |

| go to connection settings and make sure that the USB connection is checked and or any firewalls
