You need to constantly kill apps and power off/on. It seems tedious, but I peak around 28Mb, and thats plenty for Q functionality.

Whats the lowest you've seen your Mb's go?

Is there a minimum amount of RAM that is neccessary in order to ensure smooth operation?

If you have resco explorer installed you will need to empty the recycle bin resco explorer has.

I am often somewhere between 15 and 24.82. The latter is the highest I get with no programs running during the day. I usually idle around 20 with Wireless Sync, Fizz Weather, and Outlook Email running.
