download the file and unzip it. then use Active snyc and explore your phone. Find the HOME folder inside the applicatin data folder and copy the .xml and .jpeg file into this folder. then select it under homscreens on ur phone
a good start is indeed to "read" other .xml files, for some basic instructions read this tutorial by w411y, there is also information about xml on the Microsoft Mobile web site i believe..
