Highlighting and leaving notes using Mobipocket

I used a PDA with a stylus and Mobipocket and when reading I could highlight words and leave notes.

How the heck do you do this with a Q? There's no stylus. I can't figure out how to select text.

Does anyone use another reader on the Q that allows you to highlight words and leave notes?
