Help with tweaking the Start menu

I have searched but can't find anything regarding organizing the start menu. I used the registry hack to change the menu to listview, but i want the list to be alphabetized like in Windows (with the folders at the top and then in order from there). Is there any way to do this?

Also, is there a way to make the listview mode scroll down instead of having the "More" option to move to t he next screen of apps?

i tried figuring this out also. in file manager you can list buy name, but it has no affect on the start menu. as far as the "more" thing, if you press left or right it will bring up the next/ previous set of choices.
