Help!!!! Short Cut Problems

Hi there, I have a problem which I cam a cross today. I downloaded the software called "Right Menu" and tried it. Give the fact that I didnt know what it was used for I decided to uninstall it and now my "contacts" shortcut which used to be on the right sot key isnt there anymore and would give me "Error opening the short cut or locating the target filename". Please I have done everything and spent 5 hours reading and trying different solutions. I have so much info in my phone that Hard resetting it would be doom for me. Please someone help, and I am sad at this. The contacts softkey made it so easier especially for launching my photocontacts pro. I would appreciate any help. Have a good night all
