HELP! New to Q

I just got my Q recently and i figured out most of the basics but there are a few things i need help on:

1. How do you create a playlist on Windoes Media?
2. How do you play videos? (i store musics vids on my SD card but it wont play. Does it have to be a certain resolution or etc?)
3. When you guys talk about going to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE", how do you really get there? LIke through the phone or activesync or etc?

*i know these might be dumb questions to you guys but ive tried everything and yet havent come up with a solution. Any help would be great. Thnx!

1. you have to store it in the Application Data\sounds\ folder it also mentions this in you manual in the box

2. yes it has to be a certain resolution and format im not sure of that but it says in your manual also look in the contents page it will show you i havent gotten to the videos yt

3. you have to download a 3rd party software from resco.net/pocketpc/explorer/default.asp then u open the program and the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE is its own folder you open

that what i can answer to the best of my ability im sure someone else can help you out more but hey i tried....i was up for 4 hours trying to figure alot of this stuff out cuse i just recently got my q also

I looked all over the manual in the box and i still cnt figure it out. Can anyone give me a step by step process. Thnk you! Thanks for all the cute comments also!

Hey boys. One more question. I tried downloading and installing the Resco program to my Q but it says the program isnt intended for the Q. Am i downloading the right one. Please help me with a step by step process. Thank You.
