Default Help internet not working!

Ok so here is the story my old Q was dropping a lot of calls so they sent me a new one under warrantee. I used sprite backup to backup all my programs but now the phone gets an error when I try to get Internet. The error is " Error your Internet connection is not configured properly. Please verify your settings in Data Connections". So I called Verizon tech support and they tried a lot of different things but the only thing that worked is a "Master reset" but as soon as I restore with Sprite the same problem occurs.

Any ideas?

Thanks
JT

What type of Q did you have before? (Black, Silver or Q9) and Which one do you have now?

What version did you have on the old? MOL1, MOL2, or MOL3?

Make sure you are matching the versions... your old one may have had MOL1 or MOL2 and the new one may have MOL3...

Just a thought

Forgive me for being an idiot, but what are you talking about? What guy said what?

Are you saying that a representative from Verizon told you that you had PCS?
