Headset needed to hear win media sounds?

Hi Friends. It seems after I sync my Q and began putting CDs on the device or storage card...I can only hear it through my H700 blu tooth. Not only that but the volume buttons, wether on the right side (scroll included) or using the center directional pad have nil effect on the loudness. The screen indicates percentage increase or decrease but thats all. Mute doesnt even work. Is this normal? I ask not too sound foolish but in seriousness because I just found out my Sprint Q (3G) doesnt even send picture mail. WTH is that about? Any guidence would be apreciated.

Check to make sure you aren't in Headset profile. In fact, make sure you aren't even connected to your headset and try playing any sound you say you can't hear except through the headset.

Windows Media Player increases/decreases sound in 5% increments, but volume is also controlled by what you have the earpiece volume and audio (under Accessories) set to.

As for picture messages, yes, the Q is capable of sending a picture via SMS, but Sprint might not be. For example, my carrier is AllTel and they do not support picture messages, so my option that says "Send in SMS" (or whatever), is greyed out under the picture.

You can send your pictures via e-mail though. You'll have to contact Sprint to see if they offer that as an add-on to your service.
